Basic information about the apartments and garner:

Rooms are located on the first floor in the garner and both are identical in terms of interior arrangement and equipment. Both apartments are lockable and you can access them from the central corridor with stares. Due to the inner setting of the garner, we were not able to equip each room with its own kitchen. Thus, there is a common kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen that includes sink, ceramic cooktop, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, two separate tables and wood-burning stove, which heats the whole building during winter. In the corridor on the ground level, you can find a reserve common bathroom with a shower enclosure, basin and a toilet – in case of need; guests do not have to return back to their apartment’s bathroom.

Room’s furnishing:

Apartments are equipped with a LCD television, double bed, foldaway sofa – can be used as an extra bed for other two persons, drawers and a shelf. Each apartment has its private bathroom, with a shower enclosure, basin and a toilet. Apartments are not air-conditioned, during winter, guests use the wood-burning stove, which heats the whole building.
Exterior equipment:

In the garden, there is a place to sit down with friends, an outdoor fireplace with grill, small inflatable swimming pool, sandpit and a trampoline. In front of the garner we have built up a terrace with meeting place. In case of bad weather you can use a social room inside, sometimes serves as an inhabitable apartment. You can also park your car in front of the building.

If you will use the wood-burning stove, we will be charging a contract fee for the fuel.

Part of the garner is a social room with included elements of original room. The social room is not primarily intended as residential and we don’t offer it. However, it can be used in exceptional cases as a place where to sleep.
